Position Summary
Under the direction of the Sales Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will use their expertise to plan, direct, and coordinate the development of New Products, Engineering Change Requests, processes, and / or other offerings.
Their responsibilities include leading the risk assessment and development stage of projects, creating detailed project plans, and proposing budgets, resource planning, and equipment needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure On-Time, On-Rate, and On-Budget for New Product Development launches (NPD).
- Ensure successful and efficient NPD hand-off to the plant for Standard Operating Procedures.
- Communicate and track status and open actions with customers.
- As assigned, oversee Engineering Projects, Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health and safety rules, policies, and procedures for the work area and takes responsibility for ensuring that personal work activity is conducted in such a way so as to not affect the safety of themselves or others.

Education and Experience
- A BS Degree in Business or Engineering Management is ideal.
- Experience with MS Project and Monday.com is beneficial.
- Minimum 5+ years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required or several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and / or vocational training.
