Job Description

Company Description

Zenith is a full-service media agency with capabilities and expertise across all channels and disciplines. Zenith is part of Publicis Media, the #1 media buying network in the Americas and #2 globally.

As The ROI Agency, Zenith’s expertise lies in driving real, tangible business outcomes, not just media metrics, that will have a measurable effect on our clients’ business.

Every investment we make has an ROI mindset not just for our clients, but for our agency at large. We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities, and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands.

Job Description

What does Zenith Data Governance do?

Working across various teams such as Analytics, Engineering, and Technology Activation teams, Data Governance designs and enforces the processes and protocols to manage data effectively across the ecosystem in an effort to maintain quality, consistency, availability of data needed to produce client’s marketing performance reports more efficiently.

We then work to understand key decision points so we can ensure the correct business logic is applied, documented and executed.

Once that data is mined, it helps to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they’re talking to the people they want, and if they’re doing it the right way.

What does a successful Analyst look like?

We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. But successful members of our team generally have a passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have a problem solving mind, have a fresh perspective and share it in a positive way, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are always hungry to learn more.

Familiarity with media analytics and data helps, especially digital media, but isn’t necessarily a requirement. Prior professional experience in a data related role is highly preferred

What does a Data Governance Analyst do day-to-day?

Analysts form the foundation of the Data Governance and Analytics teams. They work closely with core Analytics teams in understanding client media reporting requirements and process.

They also work with other cross functional teams and help implement standardized processes and protocols to enable efficient data management.

They behave like Business Analysts who understand the business requirements and are able to produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.
