We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide business analysissupport to CAI customers on small to medium projects.
What YoullDo
- Work directly withthe customer to gather all customer requirements review the currentwebsite / documents and develop a strategy for implementing a betteruserfriendly customercentric website that meets all agency Stateand Federalrequirements
- Engage with theagency stakeholders and Account Manager to develop guidelines tocompletely rebrand the website anddocuments
- Obtain managementsapproval of the final branding for the website anddocuments
- Work with all teammembers to ensure these requirements are met and all changes areimplemented to meet the approved branding defined in the overallstrategy
Required :
- 15combined years of experience / expertise in designing secureenterpriselevel websites meeting industrystandards
- Must provide at leastone example of a successful project they completed using therecommended web developmentplatform
- 6months experiencedesigning websites that meet the ADA requirements listed at The website should meet the requirements withoutrequiring any addontools
- 5 years combinedexperience in enterpriselevel websitebranding / rebranding
- 6months experiencedesigning websites and documents that meet the Plain Languagerequirements listed at
- 3 yearsexperience / expertise working with customers on logo and websiterebranding anddesign
- 3yearsexperience / expertise in creating content strategies for largeenterpriselevel websites and contentproviders
Preferred :
- 3 yearsexperience creating business requirements for website content isdesirable
- 3 years experiencecreating professional logos isdesirable
- 1 year of experiencewith the marketing aesthetics of a customer centric website isdesirable
PhysicalDemands
