Experienced providers only. Must be comfortable with all general dentistry, extractions, grafting, endodontics, and implantology.
Compensation :
$160,000 - $280,000 Production Based
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental needs
- Oversee clinical team to ensure proper patient care
- Provide exceptional care and treatment to patients
- Work alongside the dental hygiene department to ensure proper preventative care
- Present treatment plans using digital tools and information to increase case acceptance
- Maintain patient records and notes
- Refer patients with needs outside of your scope of comfort to specialists
- Comply with all regulatory agencies
- Must be proficient in endodontic therapy, implants, clear aligners, and surgical procedures
Qualifications :
- Up-to-date knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is desired
- Great communication skills and bedside manner are vital
- Current and unrestricted CO dental license in good standing
- Ability to endodontically treat anterior and posterior teeth
- Implant placement and restoration
- Comfortable with fixed and removable prosthodontics
- Experience with CBCT and Laser dentistry
- Computer proficiency is desired
- 5 years of in-office experience required
- Invisalign Certification is preferred but not required
