Job Description
- Document all rework and relays information to proper department.
- Provide safety training, time clock, and initial training for all
temporary employees.
- Monitor and document employee absenteeism; distribute documentation for disciplinary action.
- Monitor vacation and sick call for Shiraz department.
- Maintains training records.
- Maintain and update safety files and assisting both supervisors and manager.
- Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services.
- Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest.
- Prepares various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the position. Reads and answers correspondence.
- Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual-worker production sheets, following
prescribed record keeping procedures.
Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following
prescribed formats.
- Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
- Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
Requirements : Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on site, ability to work overtime.
Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. One year certificate from college or technical school or six months related experience and / or training. Bilingual preferred.
