Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant at The Signature at Schilling Farms Apartments in Collierville, Tennessee.
Saturday hours are required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Leasing apartments
- Promote positive image of the apartment community
- Resident relations and retention
- Administration and retention
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of leasing experience preferred
- Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Mathematical reasoning skills
