With collaboration across teams to drive the most compelling, differentiating brand strategies, you will be responsible for long-term success and accountable to a variety of initiatives around the Adobe organization relevant to these brands.
What you'll Do
- In partnership with cross-functional marketing teams, develop core brand strategies and positioning documents. Inform product strategy, naming, partnerships and sponsorships, brand marketing, social activations, and more.
- Lead the creation of campaign creative briefs for internal and external teams. Ensure that each marketing initiative ladders up to a cohesive strategy.
- Be the primary advocate for our audiences. Ensure that strategies are designed with them in mind.
- Partner with our Consumer Insights team to design and conduct research that expands our understanding of the audiences we reach.
Ensure that all our work is backed by concrete qualitative and quantitative insights.
Partner with our Brand Measurement team to quantify the impact of our work. Develop narratives that communicate the collective value of our marketing initiatives.
What will help you succeed
- Deep experience in strategic development in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience leading all aspects of brand strategy for sub-brands within a larger brand architecture, preferably on mass-market consumer brands.
- Fluency in consumer insights research and brand measurement, with the ability to interpret and define implications of research as it pertains to each portfolio brand.
- Great cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. The ability to translate complex critical thinking into simple, focused narratives that can travel across the organization.
- Experience working with creative teams and / or creative agencies to develop provocative, breakthrough work on brands in rapidly-evolving categories.
- Exceptional problem solving skills. Experience leading projects with minimal oversight.
- B2B and B2C experience preferred.
