Senior ServiceNow Architect NOTE : This is a full-time employment opportunity (No C2C, subcontractor or 1099 engagements, please.

This is a remote opportunity. Daily Responsibilities Provide architecture design and engineering analysis and strategy to optimize the development of the ServiceNow platform for each module and project developing new capabilities within the platform.

Provide ServiceNow solutions architecture support for implementing ServiceNow solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices.

Develop applications integration approach and methodologies. Review requirements, plan solutions from conception, development and implementation, and providing recommendation to best utilize investments with ServiceNow.

Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes Requirements : Must be a U.

S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, as mandated by our government client. Must be able to complete / pass / hold a public trust investigation.

7+ years of experience serving as lead ServiceNow technical architect in a comparable Agile development environment. 7+ years of experience driving design of new products with senior level stakeholders, Experience with implementation of ServiceNow core platform functions, ITSM processes, and custom development.

Experience with / in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Project & Portfolio Suite, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management, and Performance Analytics.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

BS / BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT discipline. ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management or other similar ServiceNow certification is a PLUS.
