Our internships run for a period of 12 weeks and the primary focus is to deliver high calibre commercial and technical solutions for our clients across our 5 core solutions : Core Reporting, Data Strategy, Due Diligence, Value Creation and Prep for Exit, while gaining experience in a high performing international team.
Key responsibilities for Interns include :
- Work as part of a small project team to deliver and build commercial and technical solutions for our clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships including identifying and helping realize new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for your own personal development, supported by our L&D team, by completing internal and external training initiatives as required.
- Support (and lead) internal projects and activities (e.g., develop new client solutions, organize office socials)
- Act as an ambassador of JMAN values and provide mentorship to more junior team members as you become more experienced.
- You have an excellent academic background and strong quantitative ability.
- You are proactive and are a high achiever in your chosen area of interest (e.g. Student Council, College Sports Team, etc.).
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think about a problem from first principles.
- Data science experience (e.g. undergraduate major) is valuable but not required (many of our best people were humanities students who then learned technical skills once they joined JMAN).
- Knowledge of analytical tools including Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Python, etc. is valuable but not required.
- You are ambitious, thoughtful, and not afraid to voice your opinion (e.g., suggest a change in how the business could be run or voice an idea on how we could improve how we deliver a project).
- You thrive under pressure and see challenges as opportunities.
- You display a high level of self-awareness and take ownership of your personal development areas.
- You are a self-starter and happy to get do whatever is required to help grow our US office (from delivering advanced analytics projects, helping with recruitment, or organizing social events)
- $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per annum, prorated to term
- 37 days annual leave (including most public holidays), prorated to term
