Job Title : ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Healthcare & FSM)
Location : Tampa, FL (Remote)
Duration : Full Time / Permanent
Direct Client Need
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse Current Processes : Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and Implement FSM Solutions : Develop and implement FSM solutions tailored to the health care environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Project Management : Lead and manage FSM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Change Management : Facilitate change management processes, including training and support for staff affected by new processes.
- Documentation : Document all aspects of business processes and maintain detailed records of project outcomes.
- Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and standards, including health care-specific requirements.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on FSM implementation in health care.
- Experience with FSM software and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of health care regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Certifications / Education :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Health Care Management, or a related field. - Preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Preferred
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma - Preferred
