We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team and lead programming for players of all levels and ages.
Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive tennis programs for players of all levels and ages, from beginners to advanced.
Provide individual and group instruction to help players improve their skills, technique, and strategy on the court. Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters player development, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Organize and oversee tennis clinics, camps, tournaments, and other special events. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our tennis programs. Qualifications : Experience as a tennis coach, with a proven track record of success working with players of all ages and skill levels.
Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, techniques, and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with players and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and coordinate tennis programs and events. Passion for tennis and a genuine desire to help others enjoy the game.
