Warehouse Operations Specialist Korean Bilingual

Responsibilities :

• Receivingwork assignments from the supervisor on a dailybasis
• Updatingsystems with received freight order processing andshipments.
• Processingof orders that are received from customers on a dailybasis
• Checkingshipments for accuracy and providing reports of shipmentresults
• Workefficiently by managing daily orders and delegating work betweenwarehouse temporaryemployees
• Coordinatewith coworkers and warehouse temporary staff for customer accountsand warehouseoperations
• Reportingof orders that are shipped out to customers on a dailybasis
• Ensuringthat all daily housekeeping duties are completeddaily.
• Manageecommerce fulfillment operations for platforms (such as Amazon andi Herb) ensuring proper inventorymanagement.
• Handleboth inbound and outbound processes including distribution ofKBeauty cosmetics through B2C and B2B channels (e.g.

Sephora ULTATJ Maxx Marshalls TargetWalmart).

• Processorders received from variety of channels including AmazonBloomingdales and othervendors.
• Managemajor vendor purchase order operations in the U.S. for 21 vendorsincluding Amazon Vendor Central Amazon Seller Central Sephora andetc.
