Air Freight Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized Air Freight Specialist to plan, coordinate, and manage air shipments to meet and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or international trade, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Air Shipment Coordination : Plan, organize, and manage air exports to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with airlines and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Invoice Management : Generate billing invoices using internal systems and send Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to customers.
• AP Invoice Processing : Manage vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely payments.
• Reporting : Provide daily and weekly reports to the operations manager.
• Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned to support operations.

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or Logistics Engineering (required).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the freight forwarding industry (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (preferred).
