Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Personal Care : Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders to ensure our clients feel their best.
• Companionship : Engaging in friendly conversations, playing games, going for walks, or just being there to listen because sometimes, that’s the best medicine.
• Meal Preparation : Whipping up delicious and nutritious meals, or even cooking together if that’s what brings a smile to their face!
• Light Housekeeping : Keeping the environment clean, cozy, and safe for our clients.
• Transportation : Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or simply out for a fun day.

What We’re Looking For :

• Compassion & Empathy : A kind heart and a genuine love for helping others are a must.
• Experience : Prior caregiving experience is great, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
• Reliability : Our clients depend on you, so showing up on time and ready to care is crucial.
• Good Communication : You’ll need to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, their families, and our team.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient personality

Compensation and Benefits :

• Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly.
