50 to $33.55 an hourResponsibilities of the Case Manager RN : · Manages transition of care patients, triages, scheduling, hospital tracking and follow up· Coordinating patient needs with hospice / vitas· Responsible for managing hospital updates, discharges, and scheduling accordingly.
Qualifications for the Case Manager RN : · BSN degree, preferred· Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Florida· Prior case management experience is a plus· Bilingual with English and Spanish is a plusWhy work for Adecco?
