The Practice Director plays a significant role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of professional services within HR Path.
This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of policies, practices, and objectives that govern the company’s service delivery approach.
By managing a team of professionals, the Practice Director ensures that the organization’s standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction are met and exceeded.
Their leadership is instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.
Through their expertise, they contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization by aligning the services offered with the evolving needs of the market and the clients they serve.
Key Job Duties :
- Oversee the operational management of the practice, ensuring efficient processes, staff productivity, and customer success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the practice’s growth, financial health, and service quality.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Facilitate the management of resource staffing across integration of new technologies and systems to improve client delivery, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support sales and marketing efforts to promote the practice’s services, expand its client base, and enhance HR Path's reputation in the industry.
- Participate in creation and validation of contracts with vendors and other third-party partners.
- Participate and be accountable for projects across multiple roles (Sponsor, Engagement Manager, Architect, Solution Expert).
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8+ years in Human Resources Technologies with progressive management experience.
- Hands on experience within SAP SuccessFactors in either a Project Delivery, Sales, or Solution Advisement.
- Ability to manage clients and teams across multiple time zones.
- Solve problems independently.
- Awareness of P&L and general financial protocols.
