Job Summary

The Back Office Assistant - LVN is an licensed healthcare professional who performs non-invasive routine technical services under the supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner in the medical practice setting.

Pay Range

Minimum $28.90 Midpoint $38.27 Maximum $47.66

Experience

• Required : Previous experience or internship in a clinic or medical practice.
• Preferred : Prior experience working in a back office medical practice or clinic. Experience working in a pediatric environment.

Education

Required : Graduate of a Licensed / Vocational Nursing Program.

Specialized Skills

Required : Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology;

promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations, effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior.

Preferred : Bilingual in English / Spanish.

Licensure

• Required : Basic Life Support (BLS); Licensed Vocational Nurse CA (LVN).
• Preferred : First Aide Certification

Work Environments - Functional Demand :
