HOW A SAP HANA TESTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :

• Utilize your knowledge in QA processes, Testing activities (Both Agile & Waterfall).
• Work as a member of one of our high performing testing teams.
• Work closely with technical and business audiences of all levels.
• Strong experience SAP migration, defining migration strategy.
• Apply critical thinking to test edge cases and not just validate basic scenarios.
• Utilize knowledge on Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing.
• Ability to define Test Plan Recommendations across multiple modules such as FI / CO, Asset Accounting(AM), Funds Management(BCS / FM), Budget Planning System (BPS) (Budget formulation and 3-year rolling forecast, BW / BOBJ (FI / CO, BCS / FM, MM, AM, IdM reports) SRM / PPS reporting, Tax / travel SAP functional, SAP HR / Payroll, SRM / PPS etc.
• Should have knowledge to provide estimate for QA and testing activities for new projects.
• Should have experience working with cross functional teams.
• Should have strong communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem solving abilities, team work.
• Should have worked on End to End QA activities such as - Test Strategy / Test Plan, development of detailed test cases and test scripts, updated Requirements Traceability Matrix, test case execution, defect reporting & management, test exit report, test closure activities, QA metrics (e.

g. defect leakage to UAT / Prod, testing effectiveness etc.)

Strong leadership quality to successfully drive different testing across multiple projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

• Hands on experience in SAP / interfaces
• Hands on experience in using test management tools
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP tester.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and various modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to obtain and maintain government Public Trust MBI clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
