Title : VP of F&B
Location : Mesa, AZ (onsite required)
Duration : Full-time employment
Compensation Range (pending experience) : $140-$150K
About the Role : Our client is seeking a VP of Food & Beverage to run all things food & beverage associated with multiple facilities on over 300 acres.
This will be a strategic role that will report directly to the President and has a Director of F&B reporting to them. They want someone that can help them expand and enhance growth and customer experience.
You must experience in hospitality and F&B management along with a proven track record of success increasing revenue and profitability.
This role will be focused on providing quality food products along with an exceptional customer experience.
Required Skills : Ability to create an overall vision for F&B for both outlets and catering. Monitor the day-to-day operations for a team of 40 with roughly 9-10 direct reports.
Manage expenses, hit revenue goals, and evaluate results of providing an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Skills : ServSafe certificates and intermediate experience with Microsoft products (IE : Word, Outlook, and Excel)
