JMI Reports is expanding, and we're seeking two experienced Field Managers to lead our team of Field Reporting Specialists.

Position Overview :
As a Field Manager, you will oversee the activities of our Field Reporting Specialists, ensuring high-quality reports and efficient operations.
Your role will involve training, mentoring, and managing a team to meet company standards and exceed client expectations.

- Competitive Salary : Earn between $45,000 - $55,000 annually plus bonus .

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the activities of Field Reporting Specialists.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of property reports.
- Provide training and support to field staff.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between field staff and senior management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- Experience Required : Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in property reporting or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Basic understanding of construction is a plus .
