Position Title : HR Generalist (Temp to Perm)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000

As a Human Resources Generalist , you will be responsible for managing employee relations, handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you’ll support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of HR best practices, are essential as you address sensitive employee issues with professionalism and empathy, helping to ensure smooth operations and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3+ years in HR, ideally in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Knowledge : Strong grasp of Texas employment laws and HR best practices.
- Skills : Proficient in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, and MS Office.
