Ideal General Manager :
- 5 years in a managerial role within a grocery or specialty retail environment

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, focusing on staff development and performance management
- Expertise in managing inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting to optimize sales and reduce costs
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building community relationships
