We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and passionate intern in their Junior / Senior college term to join our Global Creative team at our corporate headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey.
Hours : Part time, up to 25 hours per week during normal office hours. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
In person days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Support in Graphic Design - Support the design team in creating visual content for various platforms like Emails, Homepages, Paid advertising, and social media.
Image editing : Assist in editing and enhancing images for use in various projects.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other team members, including designers and project managers, to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Organization and Time Management : Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Communication : Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and understanding of project objectives and requirements.
Brand Consistency : Maintaining brand identification and consistency across all designs is important.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience :
- Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma helpful.
- Must provide an updated portfolio.
- Must be familiar with typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work with attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
- Must be a current Junior or Senior College Student (Graphic design related Major preferred)

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects at once.
- Reliable and possess a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
