About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a diverse range of projects, including commercial and industrial (a fair mix).
If you bring 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, etc.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Proficiently handle HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
- Experience with automation and controls is a bonus
What We're Looking For :
- 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Solid project budgeting skills
- Expertise in HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
- Knowledge of automation and controls
- Someone who is a natural leader, capable of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
