Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director for their Hospice location in the greater Richmond, VA area .
Branch management experience is a must. Hospice experience is required. Lots of room for growth!
Director Job Requirements
- Medicare Hospice experience is required.
- Excellent understanding of state / federal hospice regulations.
- Financial and business development understanding.
Director Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Work with Sales staff to grow census.
