This is a salaried position based at $20 / hr

The Warehouse Clerk position is located in Tampa, FL.

Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities

• Order, receive and put away materials in pre-established bins, shelves, and other locations within the warehouse.
• Coordinate transportation / delivery of materials.
• Analyze orders / receipts and report errors including overages, shortages, and damages.
• Check status regularly on backordered material.
• Maintain storeroom and garage organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of all materials utilized by technicians in the completion of customer orders.
• Monitor stocking levels, return excess stock and returns, or order additional materials as needed.
• Set up and rearrange the storeroom layout as needed.
• Dispose of empty boxes in a timely manner.
• Do Cycle Counts if / when directed by your immediate supervisor or as required.

Warehouse Clerk Qualifications

• Computer skills are required including Excel, email, Word, and legacy systems.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have own tools to perform the job.
• Lift up to 80lbs unassisted.
• Smartphone and Laptop are required.
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE). Including, but not limited to lace up steel toe boots with a defined ½ heel, hard hat, reflective safety vest, a fall resistor, and safety cones.
• Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Must be accountable and dependable.

Warehouse Clerk Preferred Qualifications :

• 2+ years of relevant job experience
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
