Summary :
AS THE MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST, under medical supervision, you will provide unit based psychotherapeutic services to an assigned patient population using the established standards of care within his / her scope of practice.
In addition to group based activities, you will also provide direct patient care on the inpatient behavioral health units.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other human services field plus two years behavioral health experience preferred
- Previous Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
- Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) certification within 12 months of start date in position / department
- Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills with physician and all other members of the healthcare team
- Progressive and successful work history
