In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional service to our members, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle an average of 200 inbound calls daily, addressing member questions and concerns.
Make outbound calls as needed, averaging over 300 calls per month to follow up with members.
Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
Communicate effectively with members through both verbal and written correspondence.
Ensure all member inquiries are resolved accurately, promptly, and with the highest level of service.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a call center or customer service environment.
Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Proficiency with computer systems and call center technology.
Experience in customer service is required; knowledge of mortgage processes is a plus.
Previous call center experience is helpful but not mandatory
Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
