Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for preparing paperwork for loads and shipments.
- Responsible for preparing bill of ladings.
- Responsible for the accuracy of paperwork including bill of ladings.
- Responsible for audit counts and counts of incoming loads.
- Responsible for data entry and clerical responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant.
- Promotes Safety by following all Plant Safety rules and reports violations and unsafe practices to appropriate Management Personnel.
- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy in the facility and accuracy in the JDE System.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Must follow and know all GMP procedures.
- Must be able to work safely and follow Safety Rules and Procedures.
- Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Must be able to wear protective clothing such as hair net, uniform, steel toe shoes, gloves short-sleeved shirt, beard-nets and earplugs.
- Must be able to effectively respond in an emergency situation such as Fire, and Accident and direct the activities of others.
- Must be able to follow all Department procedures and directives.

Reports to Warehouse Manager
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- High School diploma along with 1-2 years experience in the Warehouse field is preferred.
- Ability to work well with others
- Must have good work habits
- Self-motivated
- Multi-task orientated
- Attention to detail
- Work with minimal supervision
