Applynow for the position of Regional Health Physicist, and you will provide directoversight and support for radiation protection and EHS for PETNET Solutions,Inc.

US network of PET radiopharmacies.

Your role :

As a Regional HealthPhysicist, you will be assigned direct responsibility for a selection ofcyclotron manufacturing and PET nuclear pharmacy facilities in the US.

Forthese selected locations, you will :

• Provide daily operationalsupport for radiation safety and EHS aspects
• Guide the implementation ofradiation protection and EHS programs to address applicable regulations,company policy, and industry standards, with a thorough understanding of howthese apply to the business
• Develop complex reportingto satisfy regulatory and corporate requirements
• Address requirements fromregulatory agencies or corporate policies by developing / implementing requiredprograms, or updating of existing programs to adapt to changes in regulation,policies, or operations
• Evaluate the EHS andradiation safety impact of new processes / products to meet company objectives,and assist in engineering solutions to achieve those objectives
• Oversee complex EHS andradiation safety projects such as compliance audits, due diligence and legalactivities as required
• Independently performadvanced areas of work such as development or revisions to operating proceduresand technical basis documents
• Apply advanced skills toresolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practicesindependently
• Display a high level ofcritical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex,and / or cross-functional problems.

Your expertise :

• Experiencewith compliance auditing
• Familiaritywith US radioactive materials and OSHA regulatory framework
• Experiencewith implementation of an EHS Management System
• Thoroughunderstanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
• Aself-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand to prioritize tasks with input from line manager as well as incollaboration with other key experts in the organization
• Experienceworking remotely within a team while still maintaining personal accountability
• Excellentverbal and written skills in order to succinctly and accurately convey thetechnical elements of regulatory and corporate programs to others inside andoutside of the organization
• Acollaborative approach to problem solving that identifies and incorporatesstakeholders in the development of solutions that facilitate compliance withregulatory and corporate requirements

Required Skills, Education and Experience forthis position :

Threeto five years of experience in operations at aradiochemical / radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operation, withresponsibilities similar to above;

or in applied radiation protection in afacility which handled unsealed radioactive material

• B.S. in Radiation Protection (Health Physics),Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, or other related program of study, oran engineering / science major with direct experience
• Anadvanced degree or Certified Health Physicist certification may be substitutedfor two years of experience
• Abilityto obtain a Certified Health Physicist certification within 2 years if notalready certified
• Abilityto travel up to 50% of the year within the US

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience.

The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefitsincluding paid time off and holiday pay.
