About The Role

The Inventory Manager role is responsible for overseeing the dealership’s inventory of luxury automobiles, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient stock management, and optimal inventory levels.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the dealership’s reputation for excellence and ensuring that customers have access to the latest and most desirable vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or a related luxury industry. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Infiniti brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are delivered.

What You Will Do Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all vehicles in the dealership’s inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new vehicles as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely availability of vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and condition.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage vehicle deliveries and returns.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to the management team

  • 2-3 years of professional luxury automotive experience or a related luxury industry
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leadership team and high-end clientele.
  • Tech-savvy, have aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative spirit.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the prestige of the Infiniti brand.
  • Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act with urgency and champion excellence in all company objectives
  • Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
  • Proficient in business productivity tools and software
  • Willingness to travel for training as necessary
  • Valid United States-issued driver’s license
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
