The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build relationships. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Highly skilled in sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.
Pay Range $40,000-$50,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Create new sales opportunities through prospecting
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistic
- Research clients, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain a database of all sales and prospecting activities
- Stay up to date with industry knowledge, trends, and market developments
- Develop business contacts through active participation in business-oriented or community
- program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' prior sales industry-related business development experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Experience in sales techniques
- Understand the value of networking and building contacts
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
