As a Director, Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs aligned with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
You will act as a key partner to business leaders and HR colleagues in driving strategic initiatives and promoting a high-performance, innovative culture.
Your ability to analyze data and trends, develop effective compensation strategies, and successfully communicate and execute these strategies will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities include :
Provide expert guidance on compensation matters, including market trends, benchmarking, and regulatory compliance
Develop, implement, and administer competitive compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives including equity plans
Support annual compensation processes, including salary planning, incentive awards, and pay equity analysis
Analyze and evaluate jobs for internal levelling and external market matches
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition by providing competitive compensation guidance for external / internal job offers
Develop compensation-related communication and training materials for HR colleagues, managers, and employees
Building blocks for success
Required :
7+ years of global compensation experience
Expertise in compensation best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data and recommendations
Proven success in influencing with diverse stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, both domesically and internationally.
Preferred :
Advanced education and / or certification (CCP)
Lean methodology and Workday experience
Hiring Salary Range of $131,000.00 - $180,000.00. Salary and total compensation package (bonus target and long-term incentive plan) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
