Job Description :
Customer Service & EDI
- Monitor and manage client orders, including shipping, returns and cancellations.
- Work with outsourced order entry team to improve accuracy and timeliness of order entry
- Review, identify EDI error transmissions as it relates to order processing and communicate issues to customer or EDI provider and follow up through resolution.
- Assist to resolve problems related to shipping errors, customs requirements and delivery issues
Allocations
- Manage all aspects of allocations across the organization.
- Communicate with sales when extensions are required or other fulfilment issues.
- Work with Production on delivery timelines / updates required to meet customer needs.
- Manage all aspects of the order entry team
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
Reporting
- Prepare and send sales reports to the management team
- Provide open sales order reports to the management team
- Provide end of the month reports to the warehouse
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service / allocations role within the apparel / fashion industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Collaborative, team-player mentality - ability to jump in and take charge of multiple tasks at once
- Working knowledge of AMT / Blue Cherry ERP and operational understanding of EDI a must.

Salary - $85 - $100k ( Annually - DOE
