Pay Range : $60,000 - $65,000 per year ($28.84 - $31.25 per hour)
What's a typical day as a Bilingual Payroll Specialist? You'll be :
- Assisting in processing and paying employees in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing wages, benefits, and deductions
- Submitting certified payroll for each project on a weekly basis
- Processing per diem requests and balancing Global Cash Card account
- Coding, approving, and tracking reimbursements
- Processing and monitoring child support, garnishment, and levy orders
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing
- Have experience in in-house payroll processing
- Are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Have the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
