As a Global Indirect Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving cost savings and support business goals for all internal indirect business functions, including but not limited to IT, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Facilities, Construction, Travel, Recruitment, EHS, Learning and Development, Professional Services, R&D, and MRO.
You will lead sourcing, strategy, and contract negotiations for Indirect category
You will be skilled in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions and contract development for the Indirect category.
You will align with internal business partners at all levels to develop and deliver category strategies and lead sourcing engagements to meet desired business unit and company objectives.
Select, evaluate and manage suppliers to achieve business objectives
Generate RFQ / RFPs to suppliers to drive organization program and budget needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong supplier and internal partnerships.
You can also expect to lead projects with high visibility and risk to business
Required Qualifications :
- 7-10 years’ experience working with Indirect Sourcing experience required
- Expert level of contract and cost negotiations experience required
- Expert level of understanding of Professional Services Agreement business clauses required
- Expert level of creating SOWs for Services Agreements including services and contractors required
- Experience sourcing and contracting for corporate services including but not limited to, Human Resources, IT, Travel, Learning and Development, Professional Services, Recruitment, EHS, R&D, Construction and Facilities, Legal, Finance and Marketing.
- Experience building relationships with a variety of cross functional colleagues and Executives
- Sourcing skills including identifying sourcing opportunities, performing spend analysis, development of sourcing strategies, project management, development of RFX documents, contract management, supplier bench marking, contract compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SAP Ariba tools experience preferred
- Oracle Supply Chain experience or similar preferred
- Bachelors degree in business management, supply chain or related field
Pay Range :
P70-USA-1 : $124, - $178,
