Role : Virtual Sales Lead
The Virtual Sales Lead will be responsible for the online sales and personalized engagement of the guest in a virtual setting that is comparable to an in-store experience as a trusted advisor.
This position will directly interact and sell to the guest, lead and coach teams of peers and ultimately drive revenue for the business.
Responsibilities :
- Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or instore
- Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals
- Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience
- Provides timely and accurate information to the guest and places a summary of the interaction into a customer relationship management system
- Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions
- Schedules virtual or instore appointments on behalf of the guest and maintains a digital calendar
- Upsells products and services
- Ambassador to the Trade Program
- Offers and explains available payment options
- Enters sales orders and accepts payments
- Initiates outbound communication to guests with the intent of driving promotional campaigns
- Supports the recovery of guest sales
- Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers
- Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values : Love, Home, Trust, Team, Wining
- All other duties and projects as assigned
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
