The Compliance Officer will manage the Bank's compliance management system to ensure it meets the Bank's needs. Will identify, assess, monitor and report on compliance risk matters. Will collect and disseminate related compliance information to appropriate staff and provide comprehensive training. Will ensure the Bank is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.

This position cannot be done remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with compliance experience is preferred. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Confidentiality and attention to detail are required. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
