Requirements of the SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) :
Current Florida SLP (Speech Language Pathologist)
Experience of the SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) :
At least one (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities of the SLP :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement
