POSITION SUMMARY : The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing written support to our guests. This position represents Menard, Inc.
to external customers and vendors on a daily basis. The Guest Services Representative will ensure that guests have a positive experience and are ultimately satisfied with their purchases from us.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- General office work, such as filing, photocopying, processing mail, and file maintenance
- Assist guests with product / process questions
- Use of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Use of custom contact software
- Sending internal emails
- Data entry and updating
- Other :
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Skills / Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Punctuality, reliability, honesty, and consistency
- Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to work independently and produce quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with many departments on all levels
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to organize an office
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Assist in projects as required
