Your new role
In this role as an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and colleagues on budget management, development and management of all project documentation including RFPs and change orders, cost control, and oversight of site staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position as an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you should have a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture and have at least 2 years of construction experience.
Familiarity with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments is preferred. A stable work history and a long-term career outlook are also important.
This role is based in Brooklyn and is suitable for candidates from Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, or those willing to commute from Manhattan.
