Job Title : Sales Representative

Location : Raleigh, NC

This is a heavy, outside sales position with flexibility—candidates won’t be required to report into the office daily, but preference is for someone located in or near Raleigh.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $85K – $100K (higher for the right candidate)
• Commission : Structure is open for discussion but will be based on percentage of GP from dollar one.

Proven track record in freight forwarding, OTR, 3PL, or logistics sales. Strong preference for candidates with refrigerated and pharmaceutical cargo experience. Must be a hunter mentality salesperson who thrives on building new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
