Job Description :

This job is responsible for consulting on large, complex projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope.

Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates.

Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement changes and improvements brought about by the project.

LOB Description :

  • Manage User Acceptance Testing Portfolio for the Global Operations Check Spaces which include Research and Adjustments, Returns and Exceptions, Unclaimed Property, Retail Lockbox, Wholesale Lockbox, Domestic Collections, Foreign Collections, P3, P3D, ICE and Remote Deposits
  • Able to utilize JIRA and OCTANE applications proficiently.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum Team activities and PI Planning Events
  • Engage with Testers and Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers to fully understand requirements for testing change for each Release.
  • Ensure all testing evidence is gathered and reported timely and in adherence to Change Management standards for each application release.
  • Work across the team to complete written, comprehensive Testing Guides for each application / process.
  • Ensure we have current regression scripts for each application / process.
  • Ensure we have current testing priority matrices for each application / process.
  • Actively engage in Intake meetings
  • Assist with creation of test scripts and script execution as needed.
  • Actively engage business partners (FLU, Tech, TIPO) to ensure we have strong relationships.
  • Create, update, and publish capacity plans and testing status reports.
  • Knowledge of Global Operations Check Processing preferred.
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to work off hours / weekends as needed.
  • May require Team Management responsibilities at some point in the future.

  • Ability to react quickly and effectively to changes in project / program scope, direction, and responsibilities.

  • Partner with the other Line of Business to create ongoing routines for knowledge sharing and work efficiencies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation.
  • Coordinates with the business to execute on defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures.
  • Drives partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues.
  • Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution.
