New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field.

Training, Support, and Professional Development :
New York Life offers a comprehensive three-year training program, marketing support, as well as prospecting and technical assistance.

Responsibilities :
- Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.
- Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner.
- Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
- Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.
Qualifications :
- Must have financial services industry and / or insurance industry experience.
- Sales experience necessary.
- Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry and or Financial Services is a plus but not a requirement, New York Life will provide the best training in the industry.
Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 Company Average
