Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
- To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally;
- while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including;
data management, metrics and reporting. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing.
Successful candidates will be located within the State of Maine.

Accurately enter data associated with high volume of Efficiency Maine rebate claim requests
Communicate with homeowners and contractors on as-needed basis to resolve various rebate processing-related issues (incomplete requests, non-compliance with program guidelines, etc.)
Provide programmatic information and support to the general public and program contractors regarding current program guidelines, incentives and requirements
Identify risks and problems with, and / or opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Answer and route incoming calls using VoIP system
Attend staff meetings and other program support
Complete special projects
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
0-2 years of relevant industry experience
Associate's degree preferred
Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
The ability to utilize database and tracking systems
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen and understand concerns about program operations and to suggest solutions
The ability to work both independently and within a team, and to take initiative without losing focus on highest priorities
An ability to foster a cooperative work environment
