Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Front Office and Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the front and back office functions of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, assisting with clinical procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries.
  • Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
  • Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information.
  • Provide patient education and support as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • CPR certification is a plus.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is ideal but not a deal breaker.
