Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies to ensure that products meet all applicable regulations and standards
- Remain informed about changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates
- Review product labeling, marketing materials, and other documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-function teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to address regulatory issues and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay ahead of regulatory developments and represent the company's interests
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
