Responsibilities
- Partner with Credit Solutions leaders to translate the organization's strategy into go-to-market operations and execution
- Proactively identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs to scale and accelerate our business
- Build and maintain operational business reporting and provide actionable insights on business and market performance and identify areas of opportunity and risk
- Use information and influence to drive change, meaningfully impacting core performance results
- Develop and optimize key sales processes, partnering with business leaders and sales technology
- Support implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
- Collaborate with business leaders and business analytics to develop and maintain capacity planning and resource allocation framework and tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, sales strategy and operations, or equivalent project management experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, sales strategy and operations, or equivalent project management experience
Additional Required Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsbined with business acumen
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to leadplex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timeframes
- Excellent written / verbalmunication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels
- Excel at balancing planning with execution
Preferred :
- Practical experience in sales operations or a closely related field
- Experience using Tableau desktop to perform analysis and develop dashboards
- Familiarity with CRM systems ( Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience leading strategic planning in an established high-techpany
- Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on a wide range of topics
- Experience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations
- Superlativemunication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
If hired in New York, the base pay for this position is generally between $149,152 and $258,530 per year. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $149,152 and $258,530 per year.
If hired in Colorado, the base pay for this position is generally between $136,761 and $237,052 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
For some roles, totalpensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
