REQUIREMENTS
- Working experience with SAP IS-U, SAP S / 4HANA Utilities as a Senior / Lead Consultant
- Customizing and implementing SAP ISU / Utilities processes and its understanding
- Administration of master data (single-case-independent, single-case-related as well as commercial and technical master data)
- Billing of electricity, water or gas, waste or even internet services
- Invoicing process
- Customer service
- Strong analytical / conceptual way of thinking : focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand client’s expectations and gathering requirements
- Anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
- Leading workshops and defining fitting business solutions based on SAP standard processes
