MRI to AppFolio Implementation Specialist
CFS has partnered with a leading property management firm dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. They are currently in the process of transitioning from MRI to AppFolio to streamline operations and improve efficiency and are seeking an experienced implementation specialist to help lead this project!
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software implementation, project management, and a deep understanding of property management systems.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the transition from MRI to AppFolio.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure they are met throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinate with the AppFolio team and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and customization.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of data transferred from MRI to AppFolio.
- Provide training and support to staff on the new system, ensuring they are proficient and comfortable with AppFolio.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices throughout the implementation process.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and features in both MRI and AppFolio to optimize the use of the new system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on property management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in data migration and system integration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of property management industry standards and regulations.
